At OUDH LONDON, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened fragrance products unless they are faulty

How to Return

Email us atcontact@oudhlondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with a return address and instructions
Pack the item securely and send it back to us
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
